The Comet Is Coming – OFF Festival 2019
The Comet Is Coming – British trio consisting of sax player Shabaka Hutchings (also leader of Sons of Kemet and Shabaka and the Ancestors) and electronic duo Soccer96. Their concert was one of the most brilliant performances of the festival.
This project’s music is hard to classify even by alternative music’s standards… mix of avant-garde jazz and electronic dance music? Regardless of what the proverbal poet meant by this, the entire area of Forest Stage was thrown into dance to their music’s rhythm.
